Thanks to a very speedy preparation by Saab Seaeye Ltd, Innovatum Ltd has taken delivery of a new Saab Seaeye Panther XT ROV system, which is immediately deployed in a North Sea location, to support cable-lay operations, joining Innovatum’s 2 Cougar XT ROVs.

 
The Panther is the seventh ROV in the Innovatum fleet, and was chosen after the continued excellent performance and reliability of the Saab Seaeye Falcons and Cougars. In five years of ROV operations, no time has been lost due to technical failure.

 
In addition to a full suite of sensors for cable survey, the Panther is also fitted with a Schilling Orion 7 function and 4-function manipulators.
